Recreation Cancellation
If you cancel a player’s registration prior to the registration deadline, you can receive a full refund.
If you cancel a player’s registration after the registration deadline: we will honor a refund minus up to a $25 cancelation fee. This fee is necessary for any CJSA, Administration and T-shirt costs.
Travel Registration
All players must register and pay travel fee prior to try outs for the upcoming season. If your child is not selected for a travel team, his / her registration fee will be refunded fully or put towards a recreation fee if you choose.
After team selections are announced on our website, if a player / parent decides to cancel his / her participation for the upcoming season, there will be no refunds. We ask that players and families commit to participation on a travel team prior to tryouts and team selection.
Registration Late Fee
We reserve the right to add a late fee to recreation registration if we allow additional registrations following the deadline. It is up to TSC to extend the registration following a strict deadline depending on extenuating circumstances or low team numbers.
Financial Hardship
Reduced fees may be available should it be demonstrated TSC fees are prohibiting a family or child from participating in recreational or travel soccer. Please click the contact us page and send us a message should you wish to discuss these circumstances.
