ALL CANCELLATION/REFUND REQUESTS FOLLOWING AUGUST 1ST ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW & ARE AT THE DISCRETION OF THE CAMP STAFF AS OUTLINED BELOW
The Tolland Soccer Club appreciates your understanding of our cancellation/refund policy. We understand that injuries and family emergencies occur and that schedules change, but we have to make significant camp investments well in advance of camp start dates to ensure the best possible camp experience for all attending players.
Up to August 1st we will provide a full refund for cancellations. All requests for refund must be done in writing. See below for more information.
After August 1st – and up to seven days before the start of camp — all submitted cancellation requests must be in writing and are subject to review by camp staff. All written cancellations must be accompanied by a physician’s note outlining why the player cannot participate or include appropriate family emergency documentation.
Cancellation requests submitted fewer than seven days before the start of camp will not be eligible for a credit unless there are extenuating circumstances, as determined and approved by the Camp Director.
Campers who do not attend camp and do not submit a credit request prior to the start of camp will NOT be eligible for any form of camp credit.
If a player attending camp is injured at camp, the Camp Administrator will consider a camp credit, minus the stated administrative fee for each camp as listed below, for the following year. We will pro-rate the time missed due to injury.
If a player is dismissed from camp for disciplinary reasons, he or she is not eligible for any camp refund or credit.
Eagle Soccer School Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund in the form of payment provided – minus a $15 administrative fee – will be given for cancellations submitted in writing after August 1st and approved by Camp Administrator.
Ray Reid Travel Camp Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund in the form of payment provided – minus a $15 administrative fee – will be given for cancellations submitted in writing after August 1st and approved by Camp Administrator.
The Champions Clinic Cancellation/Refund Policy: A refund in the form of payment provided – minus a $15 administrative fee – will be given for cancellations submitted in writing after August 1st and approved by Camp Administrator.
All requests for a refund of any kind must be submitted in writing to Tolland Soccer Club, PO Box 18, Tolland, CT 06084 or via email to [email protected] and will not be accepted over the telephone. A copy of receipt must be included with the “Payment Invoice” number in order for us to process your refund if payment was completed via credit card.
