Hi TSC Travel families:

It is that time of year to start planning for the Memorial Day tournament on the Cape.  TSC has room blocks at Riviera Beach Resort and Blue Water Beach in Yarmouth, Ma.  Blocks are arranged by age group- and both hotels are next to each other and share the same beach.We are currently working on a Beach Party for Saturday night on the beach- Stay tuned!

You must have your code (see below) and register by phone at (800) 227-3263 by March 1 to get the TSC room block

NOTE- if you are planning to book one of the cottages- they are first come, first serve and are not part of this block!

All rooms are $199 per night (plus tax).  Policies are found at the bottom of this email.

Riviera Beach will host the following teams:
U9 girls and boys              20 rooms             code: 652814
U10 girls and boys           33 rooms             code: 652816
U11 girls and boys           19 rooms             code: 652819
U12 girls and boys           21 rooms             code: 652823
U13 girls and boys           17 rooms             code: 652828 

Blue Water will host the following teams:
U13 girls and boys           10 rooms             code: 652811
U15 girls and boys           35 rooms             code: 652805

Policies: Two-night minimum stay required. Quad occupancy maximum per guest room. Reservations for 5/26/19 must be cancelled by 5:00pm on 5/25 to avoid nightly room charge. Each individual guest will make his/her own reservations by contacting the Resorts directly at: (800) 227-3263.

Please ensure that all guests are informed of the reservation cut-off date (3/1/19) and identify themselves as members of your group (Property Name, Reservation Code) to access the group allocation. Internet/E-mail reservation requests will not be accepted. 

All reservations must be guaranteed with a first night’s deposit. 

There is a ten (10) day cancellation policy for individual room reservations. If individual rooms are cancelled at least ten (10) days prior to the scheduled arrival, the deposit amount will be refunded less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. One night’s room and tax will be charged for all “no shows” and cancellations within ten (10) days of the scheduled arrival. 

The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this guest room block is March 1, 2019. Reservation requests received by the Resorts after 5:00 p.m. EST time on March 1, 2019, will be accepted at the Resorts’ prevailing rates, based on availability.
