1998 – 2019

On Thursday, May 23rd Tommy Leahy was tragically killed in a car accident. Tommy was a long time member, buddy, player and coach of Tolland Soccer Club. He will be missed dearly.

In Lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations be made to the Thomas Leahy Memorial Fund to Benefit TOPSoccer of Tolland Soccer Club. A GoFundMe page has been setup to accept donations. Please donate today in remembrance of Tommy and the many smiles he brought to TOP players.

On May 25th, all Tolland Travel teams gathered in Cape Cod for the Cape Cod Challenge and held a brief memorial for Tommy with family, friends, and former teammates in attendance. TSC was honored to have Tommy’s parents and friends say a few words about Tommy and say their goodbyes to an individual who always brought smiles to the faces of TOP players and loved to challenge and encourage Eagle Soccer School players to give 100%.

Tommy’s former friends and teammates gathered on the beach to send off 12 balloons in remembrance of their “family” minus one.
